Bush View Room: (2)
This room is situated on the ground floor. It features an open plan with lovely mellow décor and is accessible for people with
disabilities.
Scenic Spa Room: (15)
The scenic spa room is an open plan room on the ground floor. It features a large two person spa & separate shower. The room
overlooks a tranquil bush setting.
Deluxe Spa Room: (17)
The deluxe spa rooms are located on the first floor.
Your twin oval shaped spa is located in a large picture window within touching distance of the treetops.
Walk in robe, gas log fire, granite table top and a larger than normal bathroom makes it truly an indulgent room.
Scenic Family Room: (3)
The family room features an open plan room, designed
with extra space to accommodate adults and children.
These rooms also contain a microwave.
Executive Room: (1)
This room is truly spacious, with a gas log fire, a separate spa, a large walk in robe, a built in bar and a microwave.
Presidential Room: (2)
This is a very special room for those who wish to truly spoil themselves. Whether it be your Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday or some
other occasion this is the room for you.

• All prices are based on 2 people per room per night with the exception of the Scenic Family Spa Room (2 adults & 2 children).
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are inclusive of all GST charges.
• Prices are valid from 1st February, 2010.
• A limited number of single Saturday nights apply, we recommend to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
• Minimum stay requirements and special packages any apply only during peak periods.
• All accommodation is to be paid on arrival.
deposits
For all accommodation reservations:
• We require a $50.00 deposit per room per night.
This secures your reservation.
• The balance of your accommodation charge is due
and payable on check-in.
• Accommodation reservations that are not secured within 7 days may not be held.
cancellations
The following cancellation policy applies:
• For cancelled reservations, with greater than 1 month’s notice, a full refund will be given.
• For cancelled reservations with greater than 14 days notice may transfer their deposit to a further reservation.
• For cancelled reservations with less than 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you fail to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival time, an amount equivalent to your first night’s tariff
may be charged to your credit card.
• All gift vouchers are non-refundable and the same cancellation policy applies.
• An additional administration cost of $30 will be charged to all cancellations.
