cancellations

The following cancellation policy applies:

• For cancelled reservations, with greater than 1 month’s notice, a full refund will be given.
• For cancelled reservations with greater than 14 days notice may transfer their deposit to a further reservation.
• For cancelled reservations with less than 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you fail to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival time, an amount equivalent to your first night’s tariff
may be charged to your credit card.
• All gift vouchers are non-refundable and the same cancellation policy applies.
• An additional administration cost of $30 will be charged to all cancellations.
