what to wear
Comfortable loose fitting clothing is most suited. Robes are available to hire at reception if required. All facilities are unisex and swimwear is required in the bath house. Towels are also available on request. Disposable underwear is provided for body treatments although you may prefer to bring spare underwear or a bathing suit.

To ensure you receive the full benefits of the treatments we request that you arrive at lease fifteen minutes prior to the commencement of your treatment time. Late arrivals may receive a shorter treatment time.

If using a gift voucher, please quote voucher number at the time of booking. To avoid cancellation fees, 24 hours notice must be given prior to appointment time.
