our room rate structure
- All prices are based on 2 people per room per night with the exception of the Scenic Family Spa Room (2 adults & 2 children).
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Prices are inclusive of all GST charges.
- Prices are valid from 1st February, 2010.
- A limited number of single Saturday nights apply, we recommend to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
- Minimum stay requirements and special packages any apply only during peak periods.
- All accommodation is to be paid on arrival.
deposits
For all accommodation reservations:
- We require a $50.00 deposit per room per night.
This secures your reservation.
- The balance of your accommodation charge is due
and payable on check-in.
- Accommodation reservations that are not secured within 7 days may not be held.
cancellations
The following cancellation policy applies:
- For cancelled reservations, with greater than 1 month's notice, a full refund will be given.
- For cancelled reservations with greater than 14 days notice may transfer their deposit to a further reservation.
- For cancelled reservations with less than 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If you fail to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival time, an amount equivalent to your first night's tariff
may be charged to your credit card.
- All gift vouchers are non-refundable and the same cancellation policy applies.
- An additional administration cost of $30 will be charged to all cancellations.
"indulgent" package 1
- Accommodation for two in the room of your choice.
- Continental buffet breakfast served in konosirs restaurant daily.
- Bottle of champagne.
- Daily newspaper;
- PLUS Your choice of one of the following treatments per person
- 1/2 Body Massage; OR
- Express facial; OR
- Mini manicure.
- Full use of our resort facilities:
- steam room
- heated tranquil pool
- hydro spa pool
- outdoor pool with 2x25m lapping lanes
