day spa cancellations

Bookings in advance are essential for all treatments to avoid disappointment. Bookings for all non-motel guests require credit card details. If using a gift voucher, please quote voucher number at the time of booking. To avoid cancellation fees, 24 hours notice must be given prior to appointment time.

For the comfort of all clients we ask that you turn your mobile phone off upon arrival. To ensure your complete relaxation whilst in our Day Spa we recommend you make alternate childcare arangements. Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
