This website is information, not a contract for a stay or treatment
Content on this site is general information about Madison Spa Resort. Browsing does not create a contract. A spa booking is formed when Square (or the Madison team) confirms the appointment. A stay or gift voucher is formed when you complete the Bookus Direct checkout or we confirm in writing.
Live treatment prices and times come from our Square catalogue. If Square cannot be reached, listed prices may be incomplete. Confirmation at booking is the source of truth for price, duration and availability.
Adults-only resort
Madison Spa Resort is an adults-only accommodation and spa escape. Do not use this site to book a stay for guests who do not meet that requirement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or systems
- Submit false booking details
- Copy or reuse site content commercially without our written permission
Spa bookings
Online spa bookings collect your name, email and phone so we can confirm the appointment through Square. Please do not include medical details in the booking form.
Use your Square confirmation to reschedule or cancel, or call Madison Day Spa on 0437 623 771. Cancellation windows and any fees are those stated in the confirmation or by the Madison team at the time of booking. We do not invent extra website penalties here.
Stays, packages and gift vouchers
Hotel stays and gift vouchers are booked through Bookus Direct (madisonspa.bookus.direct). That provider’s checkout terms apply to those purchases, in addition to these website terms and the Australian Consumer Law.
Prices and Sunday surcharge
Prices are in Australian dollars. A 20% surcharge applies on Sundays where that note is shown on the site. Mandatory fees that apply to a booking should be visible before you confirm.
Consumer guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Nothing on this site, including any cancellation note or “policy window”, limits those guarantees.
Intellectual property
The website design, branding, copy and photos are owned by us or used under licence. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
Third-party sites
Links to Bookus, Square, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites’ content or privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for interruptions caused by hosting, booking providers or events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude or limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable consumer rights.
